Invoice information

Customer names, invoice numbers, amounts, due dates, sender names and payment links entered into the generator are processed locally in your browser. InvoiceAnswers does not intentionally store those details, send them to a database or share them with third-party services. No external AI service is used.

The site does not save invoice details in local storage, session storage or cookies. Details remain in the current page while you use it. “Generate Another” clears the form and result. Your browser or device may independently offer autofill, page restoration, clipboard history or syncing; those features are controlled by your browser or device.

Copying and sending reminders

When you select “Copy Email,” the generated subject and message are placed on your device’s clipboard. InvoiceAnswers does not send the email. If you paste it into an email service or open a payment link, that service’s privacy practices apply.

Website hosting

Like most websites, the hosting provider may process basic request information, such as IP addresses, browser information and requested pages, to deliver the site and maintain security. Invoice form fields are not included in those requests by the generator.

Contact messages

The website does not collect contact messages through a form. When a contact email address is available, its link will open your email application. Sending a message is your choice and is subject to your email provider’s privacy practices. Do not include sensitive invoice or payment information in feedback.

Analytics, cookies and advertising

The current site does not install analytics, advertising scripts or tracking cookies. Basic analytics may eventually be used to understand site usage. Cookies may eventually be used for analytics or advertising, and display advertising may be added in designated areas.

Third-party advertising providers may use cookies or similar technologies where permitted. If these services are introduced, the policy should be updated and any applicable choices or consent controls made available before nonessential tracking starts. Users should review relevant third-party privacy policies to understand those providers’ practices.

Your choices

You can clear the generator, close the page, manage cookies in your browser, and control your device’s clipboard features. Avoid entering information you do not want visible on your device.
